  • To provide you with the Service in accordance with our Agreement with you;

  • To protect our Services and ensure they are operational;

  • For our business purposes, including but not limited to data analysis, audits, product development, and to expand our business activities;

  • For our compliance with applicable law or government requests;

  • To contact you as and when required; and

  • To assert our rights and enforce our Agreement with you.

Depending on the purpose of the processing, we may rely on the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest as the legal bases for processing your account registration data.

4.2.2        Membership Data

When you subscribe to a Membership Plan on the Platform, we may process the following personal data about you:

  • Phone number;

  • Billing address of the payment cardholder;

  • Role in the legal entity.

Please note that although you provide your payment details when subscribing to a paid Membership Plan on the Platform, all payment card data is directly collected and processed by the third-party payment processor Stripe Inc or PayPal Inc in accordance with their own legal policies. We do not collect or store any payment card data on our database.

  • To provide you access to the Platform features and functionality according to your selected Membership Plan;

If you subscribe to receive marketing communication from us, register for an event, or contact us in response to our marketing campaigns, we will collect the following Personal Data from you:
